I saw a car with a sticker that said "disregard boys acquire car parts" yesterday. I may have left my number on the window with a note that said "we should get car parts sometime."

It was a city golf. No response yet. I'm not holding my breath, sadly. But it was do that or do nothing, so I stand by my choice!

Props for going out of your comfort zone and leaving your number.

But if I came back to my car and found a random note like that, I could throw it away, post haste.

Now if you were at a show/car meet/whatever, and the girl was around, and she would have a chance to actually see who you are (flipside, you get to see who you are giving your number to) it would be a better situation to just slide up and give her said note, and then walk away again. Leave it up to her to follow through if she wants to.

It doesn't bother me to leave my number or make me uncomfortable. Unfortunately the girl was nowhere in sight and this was at the Uni, so she could have been anywhere. I had to make to do with what I had. I agree most likely nothing would come of it, but there was nothing to lose really.

I hope she was actually able to read it, my writing is quite poor.

Was it right hand drive? Reason I ask is because if it is a Citi Golf then she most likely imported it from South Africa and is also mostly likely South African. If this is the case, learn about it, live it. It will give you something to impress her with if she calls.

Guess I was wrong. It was a regular golf with citi taillights. Some golf's here have the citi taillights for whatever reason. Good plan though, must learn about Golfs!
